Get your ID and Password Today!
Although you can install the TDonline software today, you must have an Electronic Commerce User ID and password. If you do not already have a password, please complete the Electronic Commerce User Agreement and fax it back to Tech Data. Tech Data will send you an ID and Password in three to five working days. Your ID and password can also be used to access information on the TD's Web site.
Note: This product is currently available to customers in the U.S. and Canada only. However, Latin American/Caribbean customers can use TD's Web site (www.techdata.com) to download price files.
Install TDonline
Select this option to install TDonline software for the first time.
Execute TDonline Software
If you already have the latest version of TDonline installed, this option will launch the TDonline application for you. You must have an Electronic Commerce User ID and password to use the on-line inquiry and order placement options in the system. If you have not already completed an Electronic Commerce User Agreement and License, you must do so before you can access that functionality.
TD InterAct User Agreement
Select this option to launch an Adobe Acrobat file containing the
TD InterAct User Agreement. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat viewer installed, access the Vendor Tools section from the TDonCD main menu. Choose the Adobe Acrobat installation and then return to this screen to launch the TD InterAct User Agreement.
Print and read the agreement, then complete the section regarding
company information. You must have an authorized principal for your
company sign the document before you fax it to the number provided.
Once Tech Data receives your request, a User ID and Password will be
assigned to your account and mailed to you within three to five working
days.
You can also use this ID and Password to access our Web site.
TDonline User Guide
Select this option to install the TDonline User Guide. All the information you need regarding how to use TDonline is in this comprehensive electronic document. This guide requires that you have the Adobe Acrobat viewer installed. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat viewer installed, access the Vendor Tools section from
the TDonCD main menu. Choose the Adobe Acrobat installation and
then return to this screen to launch the TD InterAct User Agreement. A hardcopy version of this document is available upon request by selecting the option for the TD InterAct User Agreement and License or calling the Electronic Commerce Support line at (800) 222-7926.
